Terms of service

The agreement can be adjusted at any time, it is your responsibility to read it before every purchase.

Prices and payments
The prices of every product are stated with VAT included. At the checkout you can see the price with VAT and shipping included.

KB In A Rush reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. KB In A Rush will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected. This also applies to shipping costs and stock counts.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 28 days without giving any reason. The days are counted from the moment you receive your product(s).

You do not have this right if:
The product is used or ruined.

Campaigns
Campaigns and coupons are only valid during the specified time and the specified terms. KB In A Rush posses the right to withdraw the coupons or campaigns at any time. Offers on specific merchandise are only valid during a specific time or as long as the product is in stock. Different campaigns may not be combined.

Grantees and services
Our guarantee is only valid on fabrique faulties.

Shipping’s
The shipping time for your purchase will be stated at the checkout page. Our delivery time is a forecast based on the Swedish shipping company Postnord AB and is calculated on business days.

Returns
Returns are made on your own cost, except if the product is defect or if we have packed incorrectly.

When you use your right of withdrawal you shall send the product back to us.

Return payments:
We will, if you use your right of withdrawal, repay what you paid for the product as soon as possible or within 30 days from the day we receive the returned product. You are obligated to pay for the shipping cost when returning a product.
